Fabienne Galhidi is a trauma-informed therapist, professor, and speaker with over two decades of experience supporting vulnerable youth, individuals with brain injuries, and future frontline professionals. She spent nearly 20 years working in a correctional setting with incarcerated youth and teaches mental health to future police officers, firefighters. Passionate about resilience, emotional regulation, self-care, and the power of gratitude, Fabienne blends clinical expertise with lived experience to guide others through adversity with compassion and strength. At the heart of her work is a simple intention: that everyone who crosses her path walks away with something meaningful — whether it’s a new perspective, a sense of connection, or a reminder of their own inner resilience.
